Join Overmorrow and Heart of Darkness and try this mixed profile, hybrid fermenation offering loosely based on the Cold IPA and the forever quaffable nothern Bia Hoi tradition. With an adjunct based light body, triple-dry yeasts ( you read that right- LA01, S33, and E30) and featuring Cryo Simcoe, Krush and Centenial. Additional thanks to Fermentis for sponsoring the yeast.

Draft at the Heart of Darkness taproom HCMC. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a fresh, smooth, light toffee caramel malt, light aromatic floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
