For our 2025 release we blended Bourbon and Rum barrels for incredible depth of flavour and aroma. The barrels were aged for 2 and 3 years respectively.

Tap at Elusive with Dad, 21st November 2025. Pours a thin clear brown. Aroma is sharp, fruits, lots of raw liquor, taste is sharp, almost tart, liquor, citrus and wood. Not that nice
