We've long owed Elusive Brewery a return collab. But on our brew day, our planned Hops? 404. Hops Not Found. Oops. The solution? All the Centennial! Resinous, Piney, Zesty, and definitely not missing bitterness. Big, Classic, West Coast, and decidedly Elusive.

Tap at Elusive with Dad, 21st November 2025, waiting for James’s car to be MOTed. Pours clear and golden, aromatic notes, pine and some citrus. Taste is assertive, resin and aromatic, nicely bitter - great westie

Keg at Beaconsfield Taps, 21/11/2025.
Clear golden blonde topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is crisp malts, toasted grains, orange peel, lemon rind.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grass, orange zest, herb, toasted malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with modest grass laden hop bitterness.
So so ... rather bland and lacking ... expected more from this collab.
