Brewed to celebrate 10 years of bold brewing and bad ideas that sometimes work out, this beast of a beer started as a wild experiment from our intern, armed with nothing but curiousity and a new yeast strain. The result? A colossal 11% Imperial Smoked Stout that lives up to it's name.
With 22% smoked malt laying down rich campfire notes and 10% rye malt adding a spicy edge, this is a Stout that doesn't whisper. It ROARS!!! It's unapologetically massive, smoky, complex and dangerously drinkable.
Cheers to 10 years and here's to going even bigger!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 5
Tap at het Veem. Black color, medium sized thick dense brown color. Aroma is smokey and yuk. Don't know what it is but it's not pleasant. Flavor is malts, smokey, brown malts, a bit sweet, something odd. Hmm weird. Not very good imo.
