We were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off! But sometimes the best heists go beyond the plan. This caper started simple: craft the perfect pils. But on our way between the Alps and Mediterranean coast, something beautiful happened: we discovered Italian pilsner.
This brilliant yellow escape vehicle pours with pristine white foam, naturally krausened for that extra finesse. The aroma hits like Mediterranean sunshine: refined floral notes dance with bright fruity complexity from carefully selected hops. Dry hopping adds the perfect finishing touch to this elegant escape.
Each sip delivers delicate elegance balanced with vibrant ambrosial complexity—smooth, clean, and effortlessly sophisticated. The job is done, but the celebration's just beginning.

Draft pour at Strangeways Fredericksburg. Very crisp looking yellow color, clear, but yellow-yellow, with a small white head. Really crisp and easy to drink. Italian pilsner. And nice light grassy notes. Light sweetness, really tasty and clean and easy to drink.
