Triple Dry-Hopped Hoppy Ale with Citra, Mosaic Cryo & Riwaka Subzero Hop Kief

Brewed with our hand-selected Citra T90 and Mosaic Cryo (2025 harvest, straight from the legends at @yakimachief ) , explosive citrus oils, big ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ energy, and that unapologetic aromatic ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ก that makes your friends say โ€œholy sh*t, smell this.โ€

Then we dropped in a hit of Riwaka SubZero hop kief from our New Zealand renegades @freestylehops , because subtlety is cancelled.

Wrapped in a soft, pillowy finish with a flash โšก๏ธ of citrus acidity and that warm, golden afterglow you know we love.

7.3
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 11 Nov 2025). Hazy yellow with full white head. Mild gas fumes and citrus with hint of melon hops and botanical terpenes, mild chalk character on the taste. Would have given this a 7.5 for aroma, but still rating this via RB scale so put it as 8 and bumped the overall to 7 (would have given this 7.5 aroma and 7.5 overall otherwise), but more or less same result. And yes, I played the Marilyn Mason song Beautiful People as I finished it off...

On tap at Threefold, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is mostly hopburn, with chalky citrusy hops and generic muddled hop character. Flavour is bitter, with bitter citrusy peel, moderate hopburn, and a very chalky palate. Muddled and harsh. No good.

On tap at Threefold. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Dank and juicy tropical fruit on the nose. Flavour is dank with notes of pine and juicy tropical fruit; gritty, chalky mouthfeel, especially on the finish. The hops are nice but the chalkiness throws it off.
