(Can) Pours clear golden with big loose white head. Pleasant citrus aroma with notes of pepper. Light body with bright carbonation. Taste has a pleasant start with citrus and peppery spice, but it then gradually gets thinner through the palate, with a modest long pleasant peppery bitter finish. Quaffable.
