500ml bottle from Rull Orchard. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, musty, fruity, with some acidity, funk and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.
