Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, yeasty, herbal, light citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a fresh and fruity aroma. Creamy smooth, sweet and fruity with grape and gooseberry notes (actually cucumber it would appear!), some fruit hop bitterness and a very dry finish.
