Draught @ Edge Brewery, Barcelona. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sweetness, cookies, cocoa, spice, litle cinnamon, vanilla. Flavor is sweet, malty, cakes, spice, vanilla, cinnamon. Medium body, average to lively carbonation. 290416

Tap at TCBW. Pours dark amber-copper. Aroma is sweet, malt, vanilla, caramel. Flavor follows the nose. Body is bit on the thin side. Overall: ok.

On tap at Edge Brewing Barcelona. AROMA: slight malt aroma with a sweet cookie note, some caramel, chocolate and vanilla. APPEARANCE: amber color and generally clear. medium tanned head with moderate retention. TASTE: a blend of sweet and toasty malt with cookies, slight caramel, vanilla. medium-low bitterness with a semi-sweet and slight acidic finish. PALATE: medium body with moderate carbonation. OVERALL: an amber ale with a cookie twist.
