Razberet is our first ever Wheat Beer & of course it had to have a twist! Both lemon rind and lemon juice were added to the boil to compliment the raspberry added to the fermenter. The result is a crisp light Wheat Beer where the initial Raspberry aroma gives way to a delicately tart finish.
