Meaning ‘Forest Ale’ in Old Norse, Skóg Olker (pronounced skoogg ollker) is a collaboration brew made with Blackjack Brewery, and is inspired by fruits of the forest cheesecake. Blood red in appearance, Skóg Olker is subtly sweet and smooth, with a balanced tart acidity coming from the fruit additions.
