This is a fresh harvest style IPA brewed with locally sourced Cascade, Chinook and Nugget hops from the Organarchy farm in Cumberland, MD and our very own Manor Hill Hop Yard. We also included a 95% locally sourced malt bill. The result is an extremely unique, local IPA that comes in at 70 IBUs. It will pour a light copper color body crowned by a fluffy white head. This brew is very aromatic with loads of pine and spicy hops in the nose. We added bag after bag of wet hops into the tanks to provide you with a resinous and dank hop profile that builds to the back of your throat while still maintaining a smooth drinkability.

Draft @ Pizzeria Paradiso - Dupont Circle, Washington DC. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit grassy weak piney flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy finish.

4 oz pour at Meridian Pint, cascade/nugget dry hopped cask. Murky orange with off-white head. Aromas of light floral, citrus. Tastes of citrus and floral. Light body with a dry finish.
