Draft at IMBC 2015. Deep reddish maroon color. Nice aroma of port wine. Taste has soft vinous sourness with moderate roast. I’m not normally a fan of dark sours, but this one works pretty well.

Keg at small bar bristol for the tap takeover. Hazed dark brown with reddy hours and a nice pinky tan head. Aroma is tart cherry, plum jam, little dark choc. Flavour is composed of tart sour cherry, black forest gateau, choc, dark choc and plum. Palate is spritzy on the tongue, high carbonation, tart crisp finish. Medium rounded body. Really well made. Balance is very good.
