Sioux Weizen is brewed according to the Germans Reinheitsgebot using a substantial amount of wheat as the basis for a full mouthfeel and silky taste with a fresh, spicy and fruity aroma and subtle hints of clove and banana. The yeast used for this beer has been specifically selected from the Bavarian Doemens Academy Culture Collection in Germany.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie, het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van tarwe en gist. De smaak is vol fruitig, zacht zoet en gist achtig.
