Barrel Aged Barely Wine. Aged for 21 months in Eagle Rare barrels. We felt the barrel notes were coming through exceptionally well, so we decided to keep it simple with no adjuncts.

Waxed capped 500 Liz brought from Movement. Pours very dark brown with tan bubbles. Aroma of bourbon and dark roasty malt. Full bodied. Not at all dry. Some bourbon and heat help towards balance. Flavor is bourbon, heat, oak, and the malt. Almost imagining some dark fruit and treacle. Excellent.
