Draft at the B’ross taproom, Hanoi. Poured a slightly hazy copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is earthy herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a grainy, earthy, mineral, herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
