Brownie Bite is a blend of fresh Imperial Stout and bourbon barrel-aged stout aged 12 to 24 months. After being conditioned on chocolate and house-roasted coffee, the resulting beer is absurdly delicious, carrying a medium-full body with rich notes of corner cuts of oven baked brownies, bourbon chocolate fudge, tootsie rolls, coffee liqueur, and pleasant pervasive notes of medium-toast oak.

The combining of young and old Stouts gives this tasty morsel a complexity that ranges from a sweet and syrupy introduction to an oaky finish with lingering notes of vanilla bean.
