We always tell folks that, much like most other small breweries, brewing at OBC is more like Jazz than anything - we're constantly in a state of hanging on by the seat of our pants, improvising along with the changes, and have developed a knack for finding our way out of sticky situations.

We got together with our new buddy Drew from the Druery and gave him a taste right off the bat. While we had every intention of matching up collabs on both sides of the fence, hop availability became our challenge to manage this time. We had wanted to pull in something brand new, so we redirected and went even a bit further and grabbed some @segalhopranch Zumo for this one. Pairing it with our favs Citra Cryo and Motueka brings a beer that absolutely overwhelms with citrus character - fresh squeezed limes, grapefruit juice, orange zest, and every bit in between.
