This is our beloved wild ale. A saison base which is then fermented with wild yeast cultures for 12 months on oak. This is the first fill of brand new oak foudres, so this beer is packed with beautiful oak flavors. To match this, Luminosa hops were used for the cold hop stage. Known for orange peel and lemonade flavors, this beer is like a day on the beach, if a beach had oak trees!
