For our collaboration with Mikkeller Zurich and inspired by the Swiss Bündner Nusstorte, Torta is our decadent homage to the classic walnut and caramel tart. Built on a carefully layered malt bill — Best Ale, Château Biscuit, Brown, Crystal Light, and a hint of Chocolate malt — this beer delivers rich caramel, sweet biscuit, and subtle nutty notes.
Finished with UK Phoenix hops for a touch of molasses complexity and served on nitro to enhance body and smoothness, Torta is indulgent, comforting, and true to its dessert inspiration.
