We boiled this stout wort for over 6 hours until we reached a level so concentrated that the yeast would just give up and die, leaving significant residual sweetness. It then sat for a year in artisan maple syrup barrels that were previously bourbon barrels. Intense notes of chocolate, bourbon, maple candy, and booze so you understand while you feel so warm after drinking it.

Tap at Amorphic. Rich, sweet, but a lot nicer body than most of its peers. Roast coffee, chocolate, maple, vanilla,.oak. Really nails it for the style. Sugary and thick but has some balance still. Rich and decadent, well brewed too.
