Can, 8.0%. Fruity and vinous aroma, rustic notes of old bread, grains and horse blanket. Black colour, send hazy. Big stable light brown head. Powerful flavour. Roasted coffee. Salt liquorice finish. Long coffee aftertaste. Coffee and alcohol bitterness.

Dry yet not so roasty. Just a very highly attenuated porter. Lotsa good classical qualities.

Zwart bier met mooie bruine schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet met iets van koffie, bittere chocolade, wat rook en een vleug vanille. Genieten dit bier!

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty dark malty and piney hoppy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, spring onion. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty and bitter, piney hoppy, subtle malt sweetness, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, some zesty, citrusy hoppy hints of orange; lingering chocolately and citrusy finish, orange flavoured dark chocolate. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, harmonious, highly drinkable and quite close to a BIPA - pretty good.

Cremig malziger, wenig herber Beginn. Bitterschokolade, mild karamellig, eher trockener Hintergrund. Das Schokoladenaroma steigt an, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. Langer würziger Abgang. 10/12/12/12/9/12
