Cask at the source. Deep clear amber color, thick beige head with nice retention and a solid sheet of lacing. Aroma of peppery toasted biscuit and burnt caramel. Taste has toasted caramel and black pepper. Very nice.

On cask at British Oak, Mosborough - clear amber body, thick lacing white head. Creamy mouthfeel gives the sweet vanilla nose some follow through on the taste, very drinkable and light.
