Bottle thx to admin Caesar. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Smells hops, fruity, slightly sourish. Tastes hopfenweizen, slightly sourish, fresh, hops, grassy. Medium body, nice carbo.

On tap at the Uiltje bar. thin creamy white head. Cloudy blond pour. Herbal aftertaste. Refreshing

Beetje vreemd wiebelig kriebelig. Ruikt naar babykots en smaakt gelukkig veel beter dan dat. Zweempje zout en zuur ook, verder weeig.

Tap at Uiltje. Slight hazy golden with white head. Sweet fruits up front with peach, fresh apricots, baby puke, light yoghurt, dough, lemon, herbs. Light to medium sweet with very light tart and salty finish. Quite creamy feel, medium bodied and soft carbonation.

Tap @ Van Moll, large sample. Slight hazy yellow color, big frothy white head. Aroma is a bit grainy, wheat-like, some citrus, bit grassy hop as well. Soft sweet in taste, soft bitterness. Getting close to a belgian white, but a bit more hopped. Lots of flavor, quite nice.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Lightly hazy yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is floral, hoppy, blossom. Taste lightly malts, something indescribable so I contribute that to the "spelt", softly bitter, lightly floral. Suitable light body, a bit too much carbonation imo. Lovely beer, but I would like to taste the flavors better which would be the case if it has less carbonation. Still, a very nice brew. -- Drank this a couple more times and love it more and more. Great beer every time I try it. Even though the carbonation still is a little bit high. Original rating was 9-4-7-2-16.
