Bottle @ home. Murky pale yellow color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, floral and herbs or spices. Bleh. Don't like this.

Huge build-up of dense yellowish head, leaving lots of lace over very carbonated amberish tinted golden beer. Rosemary peaks out of the towering head, which seriously hampers detection of aromas; some toasted and other malts, cakebottom. Bitterish, rosemary² and again cake(bottom) underneath. The rosemary is so strong it confers a typical vegetable bitterness. There are vague hints at wine, but it is too feeble to speak about vinous. Warming up, stale wheat cookies. Bit sharpish, eventually mellowing out to at least medium bodied beer, very well-carbonated. The rosemary comes out too heavy handed. For the rest, a good beer, but in no way it is a "Belgian(!) style wheat beer", as stated on the label...

Bottle at home on the roof. Looks murky golden/ amber in the dark, with fluffy white head. Sweet malts, rosemary, citrus fruity, plasticcy crispy spicy yeasty notes. White pepper. Moderate sweet and bitter and some meaty umami taste as well. Medium body and soft carbonation.
