Barrel Aged Coconut and Vanilla Imperial Stout
DM, our "Derivation / Medianoche" collaboration, was brewed with our friend Neil Fisher of Weldwerks Brewing. We brewed a massive Imperial Stout in which we aged it in Rye and Bourbon Barrels before blending and finishing it on Raw and Toasted Coconut Chips and a blend of Vanilla Beans.

Thank you Chris for sharing this - Black with a low brown head - Dark malt, bourbon wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with chocolate flavours along with bourbon wood barrel and vanilla flavours as well - Dark malt , chocolate and wood barrel flavours goes into the finish - This was real good
