Bottle shared at the 10th Annual Epic & Unusual Beer Tasting, 11/29/15. Hazy yellow, medium foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of pale bready malt, spice, tropical fruit and citrus. The taste is yeast, spice, tropical fruit, stone fruit. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Location: 750 ml bottle from the brewery, 10/9/15,Palindromic Rating #4884
Aroma: Floral and grassy aroma, fruity and grainy as well, with some farmhouse style funk
Appearance: A mostly clear orange color with a thick, frothy head that dissipates to a thin ring
Flavor: The taste is much the same, floral and funky, very clean, lightly sweet, and cleanly bitter
Palate: Nice, clean, refreshing feel, average carbonation, and a crisp, dry closure
Overall Impression: I generally like what these guys do with saisions and with yeast flavors in general, and this one is no exception. Flavorful, clean, and refreshing, for me, it hits all of those marks.

At the source: pours orange with a white head. Fruitiness, sugar and farmhouse. Kind of sweet and lightly bitter. Good but not great.
