This top-fermented blond beer with secondary fermentation contains a very full-bodied aroma and has a perfect sweet-bitter balance with a pleasant aftertaste. A blond tasting beer to enjoy for a long time.

Fermentation both in bottle and barrel ensures years of shelf life with flavor evolution.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear deep gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Nice lacing down the glass. Big perfume-y yeast esters on the nose with banana bread and floral aromas. Palate is similar, carbonation is a bit muted and mouthfeel is soft. Smooth and easy drinking. Lingering Belgian yeast phenols with just a touch of clove - leans more into the banana bread floral side. Enjoyable without being overly cloying.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is bananas and other yeast esters. Flavor is more of the aroma. Lots of perfume yeast esters with very little bitterness or sweetness. This was a nice tasty beer. If you like you Belgians on the estery and phenols side then this is for you

Draft at PreFunk. Cloudy golden pour with a one finger foamy head. Light, grassy aroma, faint savory notes. Taste is bready, meadow, peppery. Really smooth and enjoyable.
