Golden color. Very hoppy nose, that is fairly clean, a touch astringent. Lacking a bit of a backbone, moderately bitter, but nothing outstanding. Decent, straightforward pale ale.

Reviewed from notes. Another Wisconsin finding.
Sixer acquired and was poured into a pint glass every time.
The appearance was a nice hazy orange to amber color with a decent transparency about it that let carbonation be seen rising. There was a one finger white foamy head that dissipated and left some light lacing here and there.
The smell had a nice earthy herbal yet bitter hoppiness running in and out but combined.
The taste was bittersweet all the way through with a nice herbal/earthy light citrusy aftertaste. The finish was somewhat dry.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there too as there was a decent harshness about it but nothing overbearing.
Overall, I say this was a very nice APA well worthy of having again.

(Thanks Chris "Budznsudz") Bottle. A- Bread, sweet rolls, citrus. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, hops, slightly bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Not as abrasive as I was expecting. Nice citrus aromas and flavors. A good IPA that had about a year of age on it. Pretty smooth and sessionable.

A good pale ale. So many of these are just plain boring, but this one has enough hops to make it interesting. Some citrus, and a lot of hops for the style, with some bready malt underneath. Amber color.

12 oz bottle from De Bierkoning. Golden blonde color, hazy. White/off-white head, sticky. Aroma’s: piney from the bottle, then tropical fruit from the glass, some malt (roasted even). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with fruit tones. Light bodied. Finishes just slightly bitter. Could really use a bit more bitterness, but nonetheless nice and refreshing.

Cloudy amber, with a stable, ivory head. Aroma is sugary, orange malt. Taste is a very mild orange-peel.... creamy, soft. Minimal bittering. Very easy and pleasant.
