Like a squeeze of lemon in a glass our Gose is a tart, refreshing sour with a hint of the sea. Wheat malt is sour mashed with lactobacillus, along with the addition of sea salt and coriander. It offers a light brew which pairs nicely with some Yard Work!

low tartness, low body. Not bad for the style, but the malt bill is lacking to make up for the low sourness. winstons
