Bottle from Campos. Typical Mexican lager, although not as watery as some. The little bit of taste just falls flat, weak aroma as well. Thirst quenching ability a plus, but kind of a weak lager overall

Bottle. A- Bland, corn, watery, nothing. A- Amber color, clear liquid, white head. T- Bland, watery, corn. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, bland finish. O- I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to drink this or water my house plants with it. They sure are sneaky down in Mexico by bottling up brown colored water and calling it beer. Seriously, I’m 99% sure this was colored water. I don’t know how to rate this. It’s not horrid and undrinkable. It’s just so tasteless that I’m not sure how to rate what essentially tastes like H2O because I love a good cold glass of water. But I don’t love this. This is honestly lighter than even Bud Light or the likes. Waiter! Lemon wedge, please!

Rating from old notes. Apparently one of the oldest beers of Mexico that are still around, since 1880, aptly illustrating the historical connection between the original Vienna lagers from Austria and the modern ones from Mexico. Thin, off-white head, deep orange copper colour, clear; corn and caramelly malts in the nose, iron, toasted bread; neutral onset, strong carbonation, thin, smooth and supple mouthfeel, somewhat metallic, fruity malts with light toasted and equally light caramel touch, mild hint of grassy hops in the finish. Quaffable and not the worst in this style I tasted.

Bottled 210ml. -Cute and funny little bottle. Golden coloured, small white head that went away fast, corn and hint of malt in the nose. Weak malty, corn and some caramel with short dusty finish. Watery of course. Tastes just like all those "tasty" macros I’ve "enjoyed" for three weeks earlier this year in Brazil.
