Strong imperial SOUR with a pinch of salt is a real beer dessert reminiscent of salted caramel. It is a sour, which is brewed by using several caramel malts supplemented with chocolate malt, and finally Himalayan salt has been added. The resulting beer is so distinctly caramel, full, sweet, in the end it turns into a pleasant saltiness and acidity.
Silný imperiální SOUR se špetkou soli je opravdový pivní dezert připomínající slaný karamel. Jedná se o kyseláč, který je postaven na několika karamelových sladech doplněných čokoládovým sladem, k tomu byla přidána himalajská sůl. Výsledné pivo je tak výrazně karamelové, plné, sladké, v závěru pak přechází v příjemnou slanost a kyselost.

Can, 10th birthday anniversary pack. Dark brown color, short offwhite head which fades. Smells ok a but funny, flavor is salt and sour upfront, alcaline and sour like certain "soda candies" i don't remember the name. Then malts comes out, on the chocolate/caramel with lemon peel. Texture is oily, moderate carbonation, minimal bitterness. The tasting experience isn't in my liking, but the aftertaste is kind of nice. Funny novelty but would not get back to it.

Clear darker brown. Aroma is caramel butter breze light currant. Taste is huge sour sweet caramel and berry jam with light salty body and huge buttery finish. Definitely a very random experience. Still quite light on the tongue but very dense taste. Ok I guess.

From 75cl bottle @ BBT 12/2025. Head is medium, tan, average retention. Colour is dark brown, hazy. Aroma is light roasted tones, bit lactic, dark caramel. Taste is medium malty base, roasted tones, coffee, chocolate, dried fruits, medium malty base, ok, not bad.

Bottle at BBT 12/2025. Sour malty aroma and taste, caramel, lactose notes, light to medium sour and bitter. Medium body, malty sour and bitter finish. Weird.

BBT 12/2025. Med body, med lactose, a bit cheesy. Light carbo, could use much more. Med sweet. Light sour, could also use more. Medium combo maltiness of choco, toffee, cara, nutty. Honestly not bad, but feels a bit rough, lacks some sophistication. Okay though.
