Five years in and still hungry. To celebrate, we brewed five bold beers—each a tribute to an apex predator. No compromises, just pure instinct, power, and craft.
The final and most exclusive: a barrel-aged English Style Barleywine, brewed with 100% Maris Otter barley, boiled 16 hours, and aged 12 months in rye whiskey barrels. Expect toffee, vanilla, dried fruits, and spicy rye, wrapped in warming whiskey character.
Like the otter, graceful yet relentless, this beer is smooth, rich, and dangerously refined. Only 100 bottles released.
