750ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly funky yeasty, slightly spicy and pale malty, minimally citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of pepper and ginger, a touch of lemon, whiffs of mustard seed. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty and peppery spicy, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of pepper, a touch of ginger, some lemon.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Fairly balanced, not overdone - decent.
