Saison brewed with red wheat and rye malt. Fermented in oak with our house microflora and then conditioned atop a blend of PA grown tart and sweet cherries from @3springsfruit at a rate of two pounds per gallon of beer. Ephemeral and drenched in drippy juicy cherry complexity.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Hazed orange pinkish with a decent off white cap. Nose is damp straw, piss, oak, tangy berry skins, citric peel. Taste comprises sharp blood orange, vinous notes, damp hay, cherry skins, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow pucker. Ok sour but not up to scratch compared to others I've had from this brewer.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Hazy apricot colour beer, small pale peach colour head. Crisp dry palate. Tart generic fruits. Some yellow fruits maybe, hard to pick up the cherry. Light finish. It's not burning holes in my aesophagas. Fine.
