.5l draft into a heavy goblet bowl at Martin City Pizza and Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. Glass was made specifically for this beer collaboration between Martin City and Bier Station. The pour is a cloudy yellow gray greenish with not much of a white head. The aroma is faintly tart citrus along with a bit of sour funk. All aromas pretty muted. The taste is clean tart sour lemon citrus along with a crisp wheat character and a nice earth to the back. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and a lingering sour acidic citrus finish. Well done Berliner.

Draft/Fest. A- Sour, lemon, citrus, subtle spice. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Tart, lemons. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- A good example of a Berliner Weisse. Maybe not my favorite by any means but plenty of citrus and tartness.
