AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (floral, lupulin, slight melon). neutral background with faint sweetness. APPEARANCE: very pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with average retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low hop flavor (lupulin, pine, slight floral and melon). neutral background. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice NA IPA without notes associated with beer wort but with a bit unbalanced bitterness.
