Hot Hot Chocolate is a decadent stout brewed with Tuju of Finland, inspired by a Mexican chocolate cake.

Dark and thick, it carries rich chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, and smoked ancho chilies, delivering gentle heat and finishing with a touch of cacao.

(Keg at Juova, 20251221) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and almost white. Aroma had burnt malts, cocoa powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Palate was medium bodied, lightly warming and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder, ash, light sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, cocoa powder and bitterness. A surprisingly good burnt brew with many adjuncts. ABV was rather well hidden.
