Maxwell Euro IPA, named after the Maxwell Motorcars dealership that opened in our taproom space in 1912, is Primeval’s unique take on popular modern craft IPAs. We combine a base of German Pilsner malt with our unique blend of hops, then ferment with an English yeast strain to add a subtle complexity. The result is an uncommonly smooth IPA style beer with pleasant malt sweetness and bold tropical fruit flavor.
