Hand-selected Motueka is now a permanent fixture at Beak. To celebrate, we brewed this single hop DIPA. It’s an all-out juice bomb, brimming with intense flavours of lime mojito, lemon zest and tropical fruit candy.

440ml can. Murky golden with a white head. Aroma of zesty lemon and lime on fresh papaya, guava. Taste is slightly sweet, papaya, guava, zesty lemon and lime, light citrusy hop bitterness in the finish. Lovely flavours.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a little thin bodied, a nice light creamy sweetness. Good Motueka fun here. Light cooling pine, a light but persistent savoury skunk. Nice bright key lime with a fairly forward semi ripe lemon element. Mild hop spice on the finish. Rather good Motueka offering..
