1970s dessert in a bottle. We took the luscious combination of sweet and sour cherries, rich cacao and smooth vanilla, then aged it in a blend of Cognac and Ruby Port barrels. Spirit warmth and oak. Deep, jammy red fruit flavours. Cherry and chocolate. Opulent and nostalgic, elevated with new layers of complexity

TCBW2026. Deep brownish black colour with a tiny beigeish brown head. Aroma is cinnamon, cherries, some vanilla, mild cardamon, cocoa and mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is rather similar to the aroma, but also has some stinging cognac sweetness with a bit cherries to it as well.

Dark black pour, tiny tan head. Cream, cherries, cocoa/chocolate, cognac, port - black forest cake in a glass. Enjoyed it.
