本日、ラボ変革から”ソカリオン”をオンラインストアにて発売しました！

ホップの香り成分チオールを主役に据えたIPAシリーズ「ラボ変革」の最後を飾るのは、ジューシーダブルIPAの「ソカリオン」。

全体として、ホップの存在感と度数とボディを支えながらも、やわらかなモルト感とトロピカルフルーツの風味を損なわないよう設計しました。この４部作の最終章であるこのソカリオンは、まさにこれまでのチオールシリーズの集大成であり、ホップをこよなく愛する人たちにこそ飲んでほしい一杯です。

TRでは11/21(金)から販売を開始します。

Our fourth and final "Enhanced" thiolized IPA mini-series release, Sokarion, is now available via our online store!

The overall focus on the beer is using all different elements of the beer - from yeast to hops, and even specific malt varieties, to gain the maximum thiol precursers and gain the most fruit character from this along with the regular hop juiciness.

The result is a beer that represents the culmination of all elements of this series' journey, and the most impactful of all.

Sokarion ships out from 20th (Thurs) and you can get it from our taproom on the 21st (Fri).
