Our Five Year Anniversary month keeps rolling with something truly special, a collaboration with Finback, one of the most iconic names in New York beer.

We took Finback’s legendary GSP recipe and gave it the Alternate Ending treatment, brewed on our system, with a few of our own methods woven in, then conditioned on Offshore Coffee espresso and Guatemalan beans, plus cacao we toasted right in our pizza ovens.

Rich, roasty, and layered with chocolate and coffee complexity, this beer is both a love letter and a thank-you to Finback for inspiring us, and to all of you for helping us grow from movie-night dreamers to part of this incredible craft-beer story.
