This is part 2 of our collab with the legends that are @dillingerescapeplan. It was such a fun and humbling experience to create this liquid inspired by one of our all time favorites and we thank them so much for coming along for the journey.

This beer began with a complex chocolate forward grain bill, a super long boil and a ferment coaxed to finish nice and thick with a ton of sweetness. After that it was laid to rest for 17 months in a bourbon barrel pick by the homies @stavesandgrain. Finally it was conditioned in stainless with just a kiss of toasted ? and Guinean cacao nibs. The aroma is all barrel character and on the sip it's very balanced starting with a touch of coconut then opening up mid palate with some elegant dark cherry and the lingering finish is rich chocolate and some fudge.
