The Belgian Ale was created to commemorate our first 5 beer brands using elements from each recipe; however, the hops are completely different than any of our house beers and are all from outside of the US.
Southside: Uses over 15% rye malt.
ESB and Red Ale: Use specialty malts from both to create a color and flavor profile somewhere in between.
Tripel: Uses the Belgian Yeast Strain.
Pilsner: Uses pilsner base malt.
Hints of bubblegum, berry, and melon from the yeast sit over the subtle spicy, bready, and caramel malt profile. Rich mouthfeel without being sweet.

Draft. Clear light golden amber color, bright white head. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste is lightly herbed and singed caramel. Decent.
