For our most recent batch of our Pale Ale, we combined Citra, Mosaic, Centennial and Cashmere hops with wheat and light specialty malts to create a juicy, hop-forward beer. The malt bill provides a doughy yet light-bodied malt character while the hops add notes of pineapple, orange citrus, and Hawaiian punch. Fermented with our House Ale yeast, we kept the ABV at a sessionable 5.1% so you can have more than just one.

Draft. Crystal clear golden yellow color, big fluffy white head with solid lacing. Light fruity aroma. Taste is dusty, peppery citrus. Tasty and easy drinking.

Light citrus with some kind of interesting twang of anise root or something. Just a hint. Golden pour with OK lacing. Light bitter finish. Good package. Some grass. Tap at American Taproom.
