Our newest American Barleywine Blend aged in Weller Barrels for 27 months. This long rest in resulted in some super complex flavors and aromas. On the nose we're getting dates, raisins, dried cherries with some background notes of vanilla crème brulé. With your first sip you'll be greeted with a reserved sweetness reminiscent of caramelized sugar, dried fruit and subtle sarsaparilla. Add to that beautiful bourbon flavor without the burn and you've got yourself a top-notch tipplin' experience.

Bottle bought from brewery and brought 2 hours south to hotel in Tucson. Brown colored and foamy head. Nose is bourbon and vanilla. Tatsss of oak, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, coffee, creamer. Creamy palate. Hides booz but don’t know abv. Some wheat and cherry on finish.
