Gingerbread Man is een volle stout van 12%, gebrouwen met onze Duitse vrienden van Fuerst Wiacek. Een bier met rijke en verwarmende tonen van kruidige gingerbread, zoete vanille en amandel van de tonkaboon . Deze toppen we af met een diepe moutige basis die doet denken aan pure chocolade en karamel. Een dessertbier met een kruidige, winterse twist.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2028. Pitch black with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty, gently spicy aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice root, cinnamon and gingerbread. Heavily sweet, malty, quite roasty, moderately bitter, quite spicy taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice root, cinnamon, roasted hazelnut, tonka and gingerbread, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter finish. Full body, smooth and oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Delicious Impy, very christmasy, truly a guilty pleasure.
