Pint can from Whippoorwill Orlando. No abv printed, rolling the dice. Pint glass @home. Pretty billowy & stiff cookie head. Very dark, matte brown, not black, I think. Grainy, dusty chocolate, Frangelico, malt ball nose. Rich wafer cookies dipped in chocolate syrup, back end is brown sugar & rich, non-descript canned milk coffee. A bitter twinge develops after it all goes down & makes me think better of it. Frothy, milky, medium low carb, boozy, lightly acidic. Basic bitch.

Can - dark brown, nearly black pour - pours with a cascading tan head that quickly dissipates - flavor is heavy on the chocolate and coffee (particularly the chocolate) - coffee acidity is mildly abrasive on the tail end - oily mouthfeel - quite sweet, especially for the strength - doesn’t taste bad, just so sweet it is hard to finish the whole glass - some tail end smoke adds a little depth, but mostly tastes like chocolate.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head. Chocolate milk aromas with loads of sweet vanilla but only light coffee, but also some off-putting almost wet dog-like aromas as it warms. Sweet on the palate with more vanilla, chocolate and wet dog. Finishes with a similar taste. ABV is hidden fairly well though, but not doing it for me.

Crowler pours an inky brown with a ring of beige head. Nose has hazelnuts, chocolate, coffee, malt, rootbeer. Flavor has more, malt, caramel, coffee, rootbeer, chocolate, nuts. Full bodied, boozy finish.
